Can our program receive recognition for multiple categories?

Only one category of recognition can be received in a specific year.

When will our program be recognized?

Programs are recognized every year in conjunction with the PAPBS Implementers’ Forum. In addition, names of the programs are posted on the PAPBS website along with the recognition bulletin that includes all programs and schools that are being recognized in a specific year, listed by each recognition category.

What if we cannot attend the PaPBS Forum? When will we receive our award?

If you cannot attend the PAPBS forum, arrangements will be made to mail or deliver your award to the program office. On many occasions, the Program-Wide Facilitator will often be the person collecting and delivering your award. Should you not receive the award, please contact your Regional Program Facilitator.

What if we need to replace our banner?

Contact your Regional Program Facilitator for all banner replacement requests.  Your Regional Program Facilitator will complete a form to submit to the PAPBS Network.  All banners are created annually in the spring.

How can our program share our accomplishments?

  • Photos and acknowledgement on the PaPBS website
